Good work environment and culture. Management and teammates are supportive. Good salary hike and bonus every year.

They can't give labour payment then why they are doing this project.please what do you think about labour they don't have money that is why they come to do this heartwork you are not giving any advance also so they are not able to do this work.

Management doesnot address our issues and there is too much legpulling in the company even fresher cannot survive there because everyone is there legpulling to eachother. And company can be terminate you anytime there is a no policy for staff worker. Only those can ratout they can survive there .

The location of site is very remote area that's why the accommodation and works satisfaction is very importantant to. In the company work satisfaction is good 👍 but if we talk about accommodation and workers food is not best.
