The benefit of having relative/know to AVP/VP 1) Nobody touches you in any circumstances. Even you do nothing then nobody questions you because you know an AVP/VP in a company. 2) Even you will always be recognized in RnR and always get a good hike in the appraisal cycle. If you know good food items where you get it from like Biryani, Lal meat then it's an added advantage to you.
