During my time at my previous employer, I encountered what I can only describe as the worst professional experience of my career. The management team consistently demonstrated a rude and disrespectful attitude towards the employees, creating a toxic work environment that was extremely challenging to navigate. One of the most disappointing aspects of my experience was the complete lack of support and empathy from the managers.
