8 HOURS OF JOB. 365 DAYS OF WORKING. TREAT EMPLOYEES LIKE DOGS. DISTRIBUTE SALARY IN CASH AND THAT TOO IN LINE LIKE PEOPLE USED TO STAND IN RATION LINE.

Multiple job responsibilities at any position so that learning stations of freshers in the local level jobs. Big brand in kanpur for building construction business. A good infrastructure of office and site.

During my time at my previous employer, I encountered what I can only describe as the worst professional experience of my career. The management team consistently demonstrated a rude and disrespectful attitude towards the employees, creating a toxic work environment that was extremely challenging to navigate. One of the most disappointing aspects of my experience was the complete lack of support and empathy from the managers. Whenever I attempted to address any concerns or problems, it felt as though nobody was willing to listen or take them seriously. This lack of attention to employee issues greatly impacted morale and made it incredibly difficult to work productively.

I worked here for 8 months, during this 8 months i was so skilled in my operational skills of dealing with customers, with excellent support from seniors and collegues, wt i disliked here was the process which was not righteous in my perspective ....Then too overall tenure was very good in all aspects..Definetely go 4 this company if you r learner....

Balnced atmosphere, work pressure is a bit more but overall its good..
