During my time at my previous employer, I encountered what I can only describe as the worst professional experience of my career. The management team consistently demonstrated a rude and disrespectful attitude towards the employees, creating a toxic work environment that was extremely challenging to navigate. One of the most disappointing aspects of my experience was the complete lack of support and empathy from the managers. Whenever I attempted to address any concerns or problems, it felt as though nobody was willing to listen or take them seriously. Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day?
