Product and designing of product is actually satisfactory

Dislikes

I have to work extra hour almost 3-4 days a week even on national holyday we work extra hour there is no day for us as off day and that is without perks or salary add on

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
