Management is least concerned about their employees, they don't pay salaries on time I left the company in 2020 still they have not paid my last three months salaries their top management says go ahead if you want top sue us go for it, as it wont make any difference

MD and CEO Vinay Kumar gives verbal assurance instead Basic salary on time and expects from you to engage Principal by sending gift from your own pocket. No Gift either on Diwali or New Year, but happily accepting same from his associate partners.

Talking about growth, Rao is the best place to work at. Here, growth in terms of incentive is very high. They have weekly targets and on achieving these targets, we earn high incentives. This keeps the employees motivated. The entire team from topmost level to junior level is super friendly and supportive.

Work life at Rao IIT has always been very smooth and easy going. Yes there were hurdles in between but with proper team work and proper guidance of senior management, it has always been fun working with the team. Talking about the management, the management here is very supportive and understanding.
