Raniganj Girls' College is a UGC certified academic college and I have been a part of it since September 2018. I give lectures to the undergraduate students of the department of English. These classes have helped me increase knowledge about the subject while teaching others. I grow and learn every day and it enhances my grip and hold on the subject. My colleagues and all the other staff members are extremely cooperative, compassionate and helpful. The work culture is really appreciable where all work like an extended family. There are seminars at regular intervals which help us interact with new, learned people. Though, as a guest faculty, my salary is not too big an amount yet I get to learn a lot from this work . The class timings are flexible and it also allows a good balance between personal and professional lives. Dislikes

There is nothing that I dislike about my work expect for the salary, which I feel, is a bit low as compared to the work and the experience.

Work Details

My work as a guest faculty is to teach the undergraduate students of the department of English and prepare them for their examinations.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
