Work life balance, some work pressure is common but management have to look from employee side. Management will not consider appraisal if we do anything great like cost saving, production improvements, Non moving inventory clearance, overnight stock clearance, they will mostly consider if we do one thing bad and immediately impacts on appraisal. In short they will not consider our pros, only cons.

Work Details

Very nice and challenging role i played in company because production is challenging and risk mitigated. Every minute is worth to company depends on how we done job effectively. Highly responsible and challenging post is cell incharge post.

Managers are very worst, mainly in plant-2. Krupakar manager of forge shop fellow don’t know how to talk with subordinates. Rejection getting increased by like this mangers only he don’t have the technical knowledge, he works like a foolish fellow. The won’t recommend any engineer to join under him.. if any one can analyze how many engineers has been left from that position (engineer in forge shop -plant-2) will tells how that krupakar behaves.. working hours minimum 11 hours a day ... why this managers staying extra hours no one knows ... they won’t work but they stay for extra hours .... this tells the efficiency of that managers... we have to complete our work in our duty time .. staying for extra hours and doing works indicates your work inefficiency.
