Work life balance, some work pressure is common but management have to look from employee side. Management will not consider appraisal if we do anything great like cost saving, production improvements, Non moving inventory clearance, overnight stock clearance, they will mostly consider if we do one thing bad and immediately impacts on appraisal. In short they will not consider our pros, only cons.
