Power play and manipulation of informations, no transparency in business . Lacks basic infrastructure to do business

It is a private company good to work . The amenities are good . Employees are good . There are cooperative society for employees . Health care facility is good .

The Unit leaders are purely dominated by Sr Leaders and follow their own ego policy . The promotions and increments are purely person basis not performance basis , only system are their to show .
