I have researched Randstad and understand that the company value, innovation and technology, customer satisfaction and loyalty,employee growth and development.

i have researched Randstad and understand that every company has its challenges. if i were to mention a few areas for improvement i would say. I have heard that the company can be quite large and bureaucratic which may lead to slow decision making process.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
