The point is that randstad is a consultancy or a HR solution to both companies and the candidate and I was there as a candidate so to me it was ok the salary was creadited on time , other thing were decided by say APL logistics which I was directly working for all ok with randstad .

Worst BPO. This is not a company but a complete BPO environment. They will dump you with daily DSATs. But they will never highlight your CSATs.

Very cheap management. They are the leader in micromanagement. Never appreciate your success but always vulture your weakness. They dont even pay well. They always have the budget issue. Though thier clients are Google and Meta! Dint recived appraisal twice due to budget issue and never got promoted since I cant taste thier boots.
