Randstad is a good place to work for onshore people. For offshore people (Indian) is a living hell. They will tell you that the stakeholders ask to increase your submissions and they are monitoring your activities but in reality its not true. They will make you scared by saying all this thing and plus warning of PIP. Instead of motivating their teammates, they are terrorizing them. Work pressure is alot, since the company is in hyderabad they give more preference to their own telegu people. In my case since my manager was a Muslim he has a soft conner for all the Muslim members in the team. Even provided leaves during eid but not on diwali or good friday. To make worst case wrost they will make promises that they cant keep such as promotion (you have to work as a team lead but don't get paid for it or not given an official title), no gift on diwali or Christmas. They pay less and when you negotiate your salary they will say that you will earn more money in incentives. Honest truth my junior is getting more salary than me.
