Diversity is a big issue mainly in management .. 2 female staff out of 12 male dominated Managers..sometimes you will need same gender to express tough issues which is missing and if you have low voice you will be humiliated infront of entire crowd.. Even there are complaints raised from female staff no action will be taken from higher Management..

Worst company ever. They write bonus % on offer letter and later change bonus percentage anytime. They try to cheat with an employee. If you want to approach HRBP, please do not do. They never ever will reply you. If you want to approach seniors, please do not do. They do not have professionalism to reply your email for many months/years or never ever. Really unprofessional behaviour. They will make you work by giving commitment but when time will come to stand by on commitment they will say company is not performing. If you are joining Randstad, it will be a joke. Just at your risk. No hike, no bonus, no work culture and ethics, no professionalism, no work life balance, senior management is worst. Head of pillar will give wrong and take information on a big townhall and later they run away to answer. They direct to HRBP and HRBP will direct to them. It means no answers from anyone.
