Like for Randstad Company because culture is very good and also supporting and all thing give time to time by Randstad

Dislike because I am working more then 5 years but no any designation promotion and no salary hike of my expectations. I am aslo mailed my Territory Manager regarding salary increase matter but He told Randstad not responce regarding this.. but my others office colleague salary increase Two times this years. That's why I dislike this type of matter.. also extra pressure I feel of manager ends when I am not aggare or support his unathical work....Read More

No one to help and guide you about attendance and reimbursement process of expenses.

Worst working experience. Still waiting for reimbursement of expenses after 5 months of leaving the company. It took 3 months to release relieving letter and experience letter after the notice period.

Demerits of the company is more on a larger scale hence would not entertain any sort of demotivation among people. It completely depends on the individual whether to like the company and join the same. But from my it is a big "NO" to join the toxic atmosphere.

Please do not join this company! No transparency from HR / Management. I was asked to leave after barely 6 months, with just 30 days Notice, citing Client policy, even though Randstad knew about it more than 3 months in advance. My Career is now in jeopardy.

Work from Home. Previously salary was good but now they are not paying as expected salary reduced.

Flexible work hours no work life balance, they make you work on tool which needs active time if your active time is wrongly calculated by Software you have to work extra. TLs force you to work on weekends.

Karan sir is the best. I preach to every single word he says. These flop companies are petty bimbs who don't know how to run a successful endeavour. Our Karan is a Starboy building 1M+ pages on both fb & ig. Ppl struggle to make a 1m page platform on even one social lol. KARAN IS A SUPERSTAR
