Company good like policies,rules etc.But as employee I worked on Randstad salary pay roll..working for SBI card payment and service pvt ltd .company not gave me any permotion aur award for my 4.5 year worked..why..I don't know ..worked long period for company and it's ok company pay for it but same salary pakage from 4.5 year not gave any singal appresal.. please look at that matter ..i want just asking you.. please Regards...Read More

Demerits of the company is more on a larger scale hence would not entertain any sort of demotivation among people. It completely depends on the individual whether to like the company and join the same. But from my it is a big "NO" to join the toxic atmosphere.

Please do not join this company! No transparency from HR / Management. I was asked to leave after barely 6 months, with just 30 days Notice, citing Client policy, even though Randstad knew about it more than 3 months in advance. My Career is now in jeopardy.

Work from Home. Previously salary was good but now they are not paying as expected salary reduced.

Flexible work hours no work life balance, they make you work on tool which needs active time if your active time is wrongly calculated by Software you have to work extra. TLs force you to work on weekends.

Karan sir is the best. I preach to every single word he says. These flop companies are petty bimbs who don't know how to run a successful endeavour. Our Karan is a Starboy building 1M+ pages on both fb & ig. Ppl struggle to make a 1m page platform on even one social lol. KARAN IS A SUPERSTAR
