Please do not join this company! No transparency from HR / Management. I was asked to leave after barely 6 months, with just 30 days Notice, citing Client policy, even though Randstad knew about it more than 3 months in advance. My Career is now in jeopardy.

Dominated by some illiterate, skills less managing people. No job security. You don't have freedom to do anything.

i have researched Randstad and understand that every company has its challenges. if i were to mention a few areas for improvement i would say. I have heard that the company can be quite large and bureaucratic which may lead to slow decision making process.

Best working hours 8am to 5pm no work pressure we will get weekly targets and easy to manage and good support from team leaders and trainers

If we're not up to the mark they will send 1 or 2 warning letters and without any retraining process we got terminated atleast we deserve 2 more chance to stay in the company

They put you too much into pressure and every now and then they keep changing process. Your contribution and words have no value. They make you work on weekends and late nights too. There is no training or preparation given before you start working.
