There is nathing to like, Stressed full culture at Randstad India pvt LTD

Company always think about self profit and loss , employees are suffering on time salary increment, medical issues no buddy is there to resolve these issues.... So, in my view working culture is not healthy

* Every employee recruited here is only CONTRACTUAL for client end. * No Post promotion. * Randstad HR never call/arrange any kind of meetings or get together or party or picnic or support any kind of situation at the time of increment. * No promotion here. * Not even you would get Randstad official email id. * No official I-Card though. (If you gonna ask you will get simply reply like"WHAT IS THE REQUIREMENT OF I-CARD, YOU'RE GETTING SALARY" ; thats it) After rigid talk regarding you'll get simply a Paper card written in Pen. Full of shit condition. * No sick leave. * No Medical insurance for your Spouse though. * Work environment with customer end condition like slave situation. * Only 2.5 Days leave provided by Randstad. * Every year you have to take your own expense for medical certification to submit for gate pass. Not even medical check up is handled by Randstad. * If customer says from tomorrow No need to come then you will directly fired by the Randstad HR without any kind of notice. * Randstad policies are full of suck. * No Food allowance, No Transport allowance, No shift allowance, No attire allowance, No bonus at all. There work is deputation after deputation they simply become useless except salary enquiry.. No increment no promotion job profile is also not fixed..client company can make you work anything they like you to work.

This company is just for time pass have no ethics, no security, no appraisal, no salary on time. It is just a manpower supplier. very worst company don't waste your time here. HR don't listen to, never reply your mail, calls or texts. can not discuss about your salary deduction. Delayed for given a training timings, salary not increased , some office related people not support few times , there is a bond 1years training is not given to new joinees

Only one thing i.e. on-time monthly salary was in the hand of Randstad, but it failed too to do that. In my last 2 years endeavor with Randstad, I never got my salary in time. But as of now, I came to know that they are giving it timely.
