Worked as a contractor for Randstad and It was great working with HR, every month HR meeting was held to get to know if there seem to have any difficulties working with the client.

No job security. No HR Support. Always hide terms and Conditions for the Employees. You have to pay a big Ammount from your first month salary if they give you job. No to suggest anyone to join this company at all. They hire the candidate on contract base and hide the terms and conditions to him. If you work in any company then what you look for: Salary on time, Security. But ,here you will not get salary on time and main thing I would like to discuss is about job security. When i had joined they were saying it will be for minimum 1 year and if it doesn't looks good, we have many clients and we'll shift you there. Demerits of the company is more on a larger scale hence would not entertain any sort of demotivation among people. It completely depends on the individual whether to like the company and join the same. But from my it is a big "NO" to join the toxic atmosphere.

Please do not join this company! No transparency from HR / Management. I was asked to leave after barely 6 months, with just 30 days Notice, citing Client policy, even though Randstad knew about it more than 3 months in advance. My Career is now in jeopardy.

Work from Home. Previously salary was good but now they are not paying as expected salary reduced.

Flexible work hours no work life balance, they make you work on tool which needs active time if your active time is wrongly calculated by Software you have to work extra. TLs force you to work on weekends.

Karan sir is the best. I preach to every single word he says. These flop companies are petty bimbs who don't know how to run a successful endeavour. Our Karan is a Starboy building 1M+ pages on both fb & ig. Ppl struggle to make a 1m page platform on even one social lol. KARAN IS A SUPERSTAR
