Form my experience company culture regarding hierarchy is very good, all levels get same amount of pay regarding expenses and also their is no boss culture , everyone need to work on field individually. Also company has policy to give time to non performing employees. Allowance structure is good.

No year on year increment. Policy of profit share/incentives is not at all transparent, nobody will share how it is calculated. Highly dependent on H.Q people and NSM, Very monopolistic policy. No career growth, many loop holes in systems. actually no realistic or practical systems are there to encourage transparent work culture. After sales or support system is very slow. Everything decided by outside of India besides real situations. Illogical policies. No proper training and development. Huge communication gap. Fake assurances to Suck the Indian customer with a big unjustified cost.

As a Sales employee we have to continue generating more more business by fooling the Indian customer, without any business support. Do not have any authorities in India to take any decision. Have to sell your spine to continue here, without any questions.
