There is nothing which you can say u like, top management is just to make you feel dumb, even NSM is just for the name sake all the decision is taking by UK management, without even thinking for the scenario of Indian Market.

Dislikes

There is no work culture they can sack you from the job in a single day without giving you any prior notice, they just call and need your resignation with immediate effect even with out giving proper explanation and if u r not submitting ur resignation they will give verbal threat of termination and other things.

There is no work pressure, You will work own your work style and no one manager will interfere in your work until you will give numbers in term of business, company policy is employ friendly.

Dislikes

there is just one issue, that might be you will not get increment every year , there is no salary increment policy.

I am in sales so in term in sales job, here everyone feel comfortable because of product is good and quality product, I have completed here four years and most of customers is happy and great learning experience.
