Dislikes

Unethical sales practice, No work culture, Indian puppets (leaders) are really like puppets in the front of the UK. No growth, No job surety, No yearly appraisals, micro-management. Indian puppets (so-called leaders) put sheer pressure on Indian subordinates even to give full ratings on job sites like Ambition Box. Best company in diagnostics field with good facility , culture and environment. All superior and office staff behaviour are good , learning environment with good leadership. Management is very good .

Likes

The work environment in Mumbai office was amazing. Technically i got opportunity to explore myself on-filed as well as back office with their basket of product lines. Chance to develop my communication skills by give training , interacting with HO staff in UK. The work life was balanced and achieved personal growth in terms of confidence. I am proud that i was part of this organisation.

There were few delay in appraisal and lack in vision even after having such amazing products.
