Leading a team of teachers for providing joyful learning, inculcating discipline and grooming students to become good human beings and responsible citizens, is most satisfying aspect of working as Principal at the said School. Teammates are supportive and collaborative. In fact, synergy is very good in making the school a leading Temple of Learning.

Dislikes

Politics interferes in school management. Little room for being promoted to higher post.

Work Details

It's very interesting and challenging,too. Initially, I faced a few problems but my dedication and commitment helped me become an able and sensitive administrator and a popular teacher at the same time. I always dare to be different.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
