I already resigned at Ramon Magsaysay High School for 3 years now. I have moved to another country to seek for better opportunities. I have loved teaching students and sharing them my knowledge. This school was a performing school even if it is a big (in terms of population) school.

Dislikes

What I dont like about this school was that some of my co-teachers were unprofessional that they even talk about your personal life. Some school heads practice favoritism that hinders more qualified teachers to be promoted. I have been there for almost 10years but I was not even promoted because they favor those who give them gifts or something. Work Details

8hours teaching job plus additional office work given by the department head which is free and not part of the teaching time/load. Oftentimes, it exceeds the actual time because of other tasks given by the head which is the task of the other teachers.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
