Mastree is the platform who helped me to start my career after a break. I am glad working with the firm as where you get a chance to explore and get the best version out of yours. Career growth, management is amazing and readily adopts latest technologies. If any changes always been informed in advance and also training is provided for the same. I like the platform. It's well and good but the salary aspects are unsatisfactory. They change their rules regarding pay out every now and then and make sure the employee gets the least possible amount.

Everything was fine when I joined, but soon after the first month of joining they started to cut my salary every now and then. Monthly I earn only around 10 k from Mastree(as they provide no classes saying they have no students due to so and so reasons) they take a 10 percent of that as tax( they provide no salary slip as well). Another demeaning thing is that we have to get ready and wait for the students to join ,and if students do not join we are not paid. They pay zero respect for the tutor's time. The management was very much teacher friendly.The platform was well designed with good teaching resources and content.

Mastree was one of the finest company I worked it. The culture was great. They paid on time and their curriculum was brilliant. Its very unfortunate that they had to shut down.

I can manage both my work and personal life hand in hand it gives me immense pleasure in meeting new students and teaching them so mastree is a wonderful platform for that.

Dislikes

I feel that it would have been better if there is a possibility to know about the employees within the organisation. I know it's difficult to make it possible when everyone works remotely.
