I like the platform. It's well and good but the salary aspects are unsatisfactory. They change their rules regarding pay out every now and then and make sure the employee gets the least possible amount.

Everything was fine when I joined, but soon after the first month of joining they started to cut my salary every now and then. Monthly I earn only around 10 k from Mastree(as they provide no classes saying they have no students due to so and so reasons) they take a 10 percent of that as tax( they provide no salary slip as well). Another demeaning thing is that we have to get ready and wait for the students to join ,and if students do not join we are not paid. They pay zero respect for the tutor's time.
