Ramjas School works under agies of Ramjas Foundation and during Covid 19 staff is getting full salary as per government norms.

Dislikes

The approach roads towards the school campus need directors to help the first time visitors locate it easily. Most of the time our branch gets mistaken for sister branches Ramjas No 2 and Day Boarding

Ramjas school is very good school, couligues were cooperative and it was quite a good experience with Ramjas school.

Dislikes

Every thing is good about Ramjas school but one thing is that they are not offered good salary, that is the reason for career perspective I left that organization.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
