In Ramakrishna Mission the atmosphere of office work is very fine & healthy, you are your boss no one will dominate to your office work. Apart from this if you can complete your days work before the duty hours you can take leave without asking your boss. I think it's the best freedom of an employee. Dislikes

I have not faced any embarrassing situation in the Ramakrishna mission. If the employee is perfect in his duty, he will get much benefit from the ashrama. The Mission always keep attention for providing hygienic food, supply pure distilled water, fine lodging which is full of sufficient natural light & air. In a word, I can say the Ramakrishna mission's Monks are the Angles of God.
