Management don't give values to the ground level employees, they can increase their product prices but they are not willing to give increments to the employees even for two years. They only give importance to regional level mangers. They won't give salary based on experience. This is worst.....

Very poor management and HR department . There is six months period for graduate engineer trainee but they said there is mistake in your offer letter there is an issue of printing so they told wait for one year. But yet i am not confirmed still iam graduate engineer trainee . Very poor system
