No initiative by Management towards employee's development, Management changes policies on their mood and there is no fixed policy. Management doesn't listens to employees and keep forcing their decision

I've noticed a significant decline in employee satisfaction since the management changes in 2023. Through conversations with colleagues, it's clear that I'm not alone in my dissatisfaction. Morale has decreased, and many employees are unhappy. Specific concerns include: - Poor communication from management - Lack of support and resources - Unclear goals and expectations - Negative impact on company culture. I've seen talented employees leave, and those remaining seem disconnected.
