I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. Company culture was good but deteriorating gradually. You can take a bit of flexibility in timings unless you have a meeting. 3 meals a day is provided on booking it a day prior. Good team outing and people in general are quite approachable. Some events are competitions are conducted like chess, foosball etc. Free gym with instructor. Washrooms are maintained well with sanitary pads for women.

Had toxic team leads and manager who weren't supportive. Give hope to convert interns/trainee to full-time employees but will revoke it a lot citing budget issues.(Happens every year) They have forced a lot of people to resign.
