I started my journey with Raksha since 3 February 2020 and from March 2019 Gujarat reported COVID 19 cases and since then cases have risen steadily. What I like best my job is that primary responsibility involves interacting with teams at different levels of the organisation and across all functional areas to streamline Digital process. I love that I learn new things about company and process. In some prior roles I spent lots of time and efforts to get clear company outstanding revenue from clients. It was most rewarding role which I had yet and I executed and performed well and I got appreciation and promoted as Regional Manager within 2 years of my journey. The work is hard, no doubts , our company truly values on people on a personal level, which makes the hardest day just as great. People practice and employee performance parameters is well defined. Corporate manager and some others staff are very supporting and helping in nature, no doubt I am learn more with those persons.

Dislikes

Raksha Vadodara bhanch not provide any kind of facilities to employees not a single cup of coffee. Worst behaviour of Raksha Senior authority towards there employees in Vadodara branch. RM supporting only there childhood friends and those person who provide alcohol and also supporting those who give spicy gossips regarding another staff members. Aslo misbehaving with female staff.
