This organisation working is good but carrier growth and salary expectations is very poor,upper department is take opportunity first then remain to other so this organisation management is very bad.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue.salary is low and career growth is very slow. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting ! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session . I learnt everything on the job . I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team .

Not good place for female employees in Jaipur office, abusing behaviour and abusing languages used in office .For example A person Manoj especially not educated enogh to handling important department but he is doing, to hide his failure he abuse another employees ,he is like Piles for company. Also another office's (in building) female employees complaint for molestation in jaipur office.

All experienced employees almost left job from here, now less educated person Handling important departments , because of that sincere and educated persons don't like to work here in jaipur office .
