No fun activities. Minimal attention towards enjoyment activities for employees. Just sit and work is what is expected of you. Poor salary and low invrements.

Only job security. If someone looking for a stable and secure job in private sector and he/she is ready to face the exploitation in terms of work and salary, then he/she can go with this company.

1. Politics of senior and senior most employees who are working from decades. To keep themselves in the company they do not encourage use of modern technologies and practices. 2. Senior employees also exploited new joinees in their salary growth and increments. 3. No appraisal based on performance. Performance doesn't matter to any one. 4. Strict timings. If you miss even 1 min or second, this directly effected your leaves count. 5. Lalita Sidhwani (secretary to Pawal Bhalla, the CEO), is the worst employee in the whole organization. She discrimates the employees on the lower positions. Always look them with discriminating sights and make fun of them in front of everyone. THE MAIN POLICY IS TO HIRE NEW EMPLOYEES ON LOWER WAGE, AND EXPLOIT THEM SO AFTER AN YEAR OR SO THEY WILL LEAVE AND AGAIN A NEW EMPLOYEE ON THE SAME LOWER WAGE....Read More

I started my journey with Raksha since 3 February 2020 and from March 2019 Gujarat reported COVID 19 cases and since then cases have risen steadily. What I like best my job is that primary responsibility involves interacting with teams at different levels of the organisation and across all functional areas to streamline Digital process. I love that I learn new things about company and process. In some prior roles I spent lots of time and efforts to get clear company outstanding revenue from clients.
