Work pressure is very high sometime I work have to work 14 to 18 hours straight in a day as I have attend the mis review meeting in the field and place some calls to follow up online mis data. Reporting authority do value and individual unique strength which is why I have to take my decision most of time. I do receive emails to the founders for getting specific report on indicators.
