There is nothing to share good experience while working with the organization. All the times tensed situation. No free hands to implement any ideas to improve the working stress in skilled way all the times confused and panic situation. The entrepreneurs are not even confident and sure of their own instructions and neither any guidance or acceptance for the new positive brains.

Office politics is very very bad, Every one new employees are facing this. not easy to survive there for new employees, my god there senior management quickly takes design for terminate any one without hesitate, also transfer police is very poor.
