Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Also, there is no on-job training for fresher. Hence that pressure is also here.

Generally speaking, my work is a bit challenging as I have to look after the entire team as well as manage day-to-day review. I have set a challenging benchmark for myself.
