Rajdarbar group is a wonderful company to work with. It provides to opportunity to grow and learn.

As a sales professional I feel that I would have been bettercifcRajdarbar would launch projects regularly.

Work Details

It is actually very good. You don't feel unnecessary pressure.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
