Job security is like you will fired from job anytime. Work culture is very very bad now. Management is third class. Ask them what is the define of management. Company policies are very poor. Only politics over there.

Dislikes

Hr department is doing politics over there. People who work hard they will get less increment and vice versa. No proper management. Only daily reports, uneducated staff, only meetings, nonsense things. You will get depressed while working. My suggestion to dear MD salim diwan please remove such worst n shit HR department and managers and hire some good professionals hr and managers please.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
