Avoid this place. The management does not treat you well. Sucks hardwork out of you and giving nothing back in return.

Dislikes

This place does not help your career to grow in any length. They literally absorb all our hardwork and giving nothing in return. Poor instrumentation and infrastructure. Lack of opportunities. Avoid this place if possible

Department colleagues are supportive. Good canteen service.

Dislikes

1. Work is given only to those who does the work 2. No appreciation in form of increment or promotion 3. Very strict leave regulations 4. Least paid for most work given 5. No concession for staff in college transport

Over politics. Salaries less but work more. No increments. Hard work not acknowledged. Even they are charging too much for college bus.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
