Our project is started 2 years completes soon our project completion duration is 2 years but at that time only approximate 40 percent complete because lots of problems in site as follows shortage of material, strikes of private vehicles owners, also no one team leader continuously working the main drawback of team leader changing isthey create new rules for staff hence all disturbs. My suggestion is avoid private vehicles because lots of money wasted. We should have own company vehicles they works good but private vehicles not working properly.
