The culture. The job security and behaviour toward the contract employees is very bad. All benefits are only available to permanent employees, and is behaved like they are doing some kind of favour on your life by keeping you in the company.

It is good Semi-goverment company for new engineers as a begin of career but after gaining experience the company is not worthy to continue because skill& knowledge almost u got in more than 4 years of experience.

Dislikes

Policy for engineers is not so good to continue and salary increment is very low so financial growth slows

There is no Job security and incentives are very poor compare to any other PSU job holder who are recruited through GATE. We don't even getting medical facilities for depended family persons. Coming to bonus , there is no comparison from compare to Regular employees.
