There is lack of healthy work culture. No body can perform at his best level as there is no liberty to take own decision .

Dislikes

If you do better to improve work culture and healthy environment, then there is a chance of to loose your job. Yes it's true, actually people are habitual to work as per their own choice. Even owner of the company is not interested to improve his company culture, skill development to working people and company policies.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
