Environment of office is very good and staff is also supporting. But the thing any individual want is growth. Its difficult with MSME. though there is a lot to learn. As an Finance Executive i got opportunity to look after accounting and Taxation part, which helped me to gain knowledge on both the side.

Its not a dislike but as i mentioned in my review about working with Rahul Construction is "Growth". We all want growth after few years like a next step in professional life. So for me growth factor in professional life is "Vital".

The work was challenging because i was a fresher when i joined. i had to learn everything on my own. But after that i got my grip and now i am actually performing as an Finance Executive.
