I worked in Rahul Chaudhry & Partners. The firm is one of the biggest names in Intellectual Property Rights, and working on a wide variety of matters for some of the biggest Companies was a great learning experience. I have been with this firm for the past 11 years and can safely say that it is one of the best law firms around. The work culture is challenging and rewarding yet supportive and nurturing. It gives one an opportunity to grow as a professional and we are encouraged to give our best. The pay and perks are at par with the industry standard or actually even better. The colleagues and management are all helpful and approachable at any given time. I am glad to be a part of Rahul Chaudhry & Partners for over three years and have been supported in my professional growth throughout these years by the management. Even during the pandemic, when the entire legal fraternity was constrained and others were cutting back on salaries and increments, the firm looked to the welfare of allits personnel across the board. The firm has not held back from providing flexibility to its employees and lawyers through seamless transition and supportive work from home/hybrid policy. It also acknowledged the hard work of all lawyers and staff and as a means of motivating us all has not held back any salaries or increments and even bonuses. The firm has paid all salaries unconditionally and also shared bonuses and increments. It's indeed wonderful to be associated with this firm and with everyone at this place!...Read More

My association with the Firm goes back a long way and has helped me bloom from a novice to an experienced lawyer. There are multiple examples like mine which shows how the Firm nurtures it’s talent. We work as a team and continue encouraging, exchanging divergent views and finally take the appropriate decisions for overall superior output. The Firm was swift to adapt as we went from work office to work from home in a span of less than a week. Since the March 2020 to date, we’ve been working in a new hybrid model. During the pandemic each employee of the Firm has a sense of job security as not a single person has been laid off, neither has been asked to take a pay cheque cut. Conversely, we got due increments and bonuses even during the pandemic. There is career mentoring as there are team leaders at all levels. All seniors are encouraged to mentor and counsel not just on improvement in work, but also towards the advancement of each person’s career and long term goals. I have been working at the reputed firm Rahul Chaudhry & Partners since May, 1995. The firm has offered ample opportunities to learn and grow. The firm also has a very strong client base with a stronger team of young, skilled as well as experienced lawyers who all aim to work together as a team! Everyone at this firm is highly professional, knowledgeable and kind. I totally recommend this firm.

Working in Rahul Chaudhary and partners was an incredible experience for me. The seniors over here are very experienced and they are always ready to provide their guidance whenever required. The work life balance is also good. The celebrations conducted on various festivals always kept us cherished.
