The firm is one of the biggest names in Intellectual Property Rights, and working on a wide variety of matters for some of the biggest Companies was a great learning experience. I have been with this firm for the past 11 years and can safely say that it is one of the best law firms around. The work culture is challenging and rewarding yet supportive and nurturing. It gives one an opportunity to grow as a professional and we are encouraged to give our best. The pay and perks are at par with the industry standard or actually even better. The colleagues and management are all helpful and approachable at any given time. I am glad to be a part of Rahul Chaudhry & Partners for over three years and have been supported in my professional growth throughout these years by the management. Even during the pandemic, when the entire legal fraternity was constrained and others were cutting back on salaries and increments, the firm looked to the welfare of allits personnel across the board. The firm has not held back from providing flexibility to its employees and lawyers through seamless transition and supportive work from home/hybrid policy. It also acknowledged the hard work of all lawyers and staff and as a means of motivating us all has not held back any salaries or increments and even bonuses.
