Strong HR policies. Small team hence focus Of management on employees. Better than Mirchi and Red FM in terms of work life balance.

No personal life. Employment of an MIS and recovery person in every city can reduce sales employees stress. The West Head is too demanding, leaves office by 630 but wants all reports after 6 before eod. On an average each sales employee leaves office at 830pm.

Hectic 10am to 830pm was my daily schedule. Never got time for gym or personal hobbies because of the stress.
