Worst work experience with Radio City.

Dislikes

The worst work experience i had gained in my career. With 24*7 support job the employee effects in IT section is nothing for the managers and hr. Increment is not more than 2%, No incentive for night hours working, no holidays instead of doing overtime. The managers are just for discourage the employee and taking employees credit bytheir own. No promotion, no rewards. These are only for Hr's and Radio Jockey's....Read More
