Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Work environment is not good,but if you are lucky then you will get better team to work with which is quite difficult for the people outside from South zone. Some employees are supportive. It have hygienic cafeteria where you can see the fully clean environment with better foods

Not better place for work for the people who not belong from South zone, also there is nothing more to learn only work which is done there is assembling .

The job is not very interesting only things you have to do is assemble the part of TV. Which is not interesting and gives nothing to learn,also you have to face the linguistic discrimination. Overall my experience is not good in this company

The job b is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to get team leader in the same team

There is no position change we have to work for years in same position there is no promotions for senior candidates
